We here at Tasty-Takes were trying to come up with an easy, fun way to express how much we enjoy each beer that we review. The solution was the Six Pack Scale. For each beer that is reviewed the reviewer will rank how much he liked or disliked the beer on a scale of 1 to 6. Pretty simple, right?

Beer: Pike Kilt Lifter. Location: Portage Bay and Bitter Lake, Seattle, WA. We had been hoping that maybe the water had warmed enough to draw some bass into the shallows, but no dice. Luckily we had made a stellar beer choice: we were drinking Pike Kilt Lifter, a Scotch Style Ruby Ale from The Pike Brewing Co. in Seattle.
