Great Lakes Brewing Company and Mithchell’s Homemade Ice Cream have teamed up to create a holiday ice cream. It is called Christmas Ale Ginger Snap and will only be available in a limited holiday release starting November 1, 2011.
“The primary flavor in Christmas Ale Ginger Snap is, of course, GLBC’s Christmas Ale, a holiday ale brewed with honey and spiced with fresh ginger and cinnamon.”
